What clients say, straight from Google.

We don't run a private testimonials page with copy we've written ourselves. Every review shown above is pulled directly from our verified Google Business Profile via the Google Places API, refreshed every few hours through a Cloudflare Pages Function with a short-lived KV cache. We can't edit, hide or reorder individual reviews on this page: what you see is what's on our public Google listing, in the same order Google returns it.

If a review flags something that went wrong, we treat it the same as a direct complaint: we follow up with the client, fix what's fixable, and where a certified translation was involved we reissue at no charge. That's laid out in the escalation section on /how-we-work/. If the reviewer wants us to check that a certified translation they're holding is genuine, we point them at step 5 of the process, which explains how validate.tatkowski.com works.

Nothing on this page is anonymised: every review carries the reviewer's Google display name and posting date exactly as Google publishes them. If a reviewer prefers to be anonymous, they contact Google directly to adjust their profile; we can't (and shouldn't be able to) rewrite anyone else's name on their behalf.
