What Is a Statement of Accuracy?

Ireland does not have a "sworn translator" system. Instead, certified translations carry a signed Statement of Accuracy from the professional translator. This statement confirms:

"I, [Translator Name], a professional translator competent in both [source language] and English, hereby certify that the above is a true, accurate and complete translation of the attached original document. Company registration: Tatkowski Interpreting & Recruitment Limited (CRO 803790). Date: [date]. Contact: contact@tatkowski.com."

This format is accepted by ISD (formerly INIS), the Department of Justice, Passport Office, HSE and all Irish courts. No stamp or registry is required under Irish law.

How It Works

1

Send Your Chinese Document

Upload via the fixed-price form above, email contact@tatkowski.com, or WhatsApp +353 83 871 0861. A clear phone photo of the original is fine, front and back if two-sided. Simplified or Traditional, mainland, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan format.

2

Receive a Fixed Price

You get a per-page price and a confirmed delivery window by email, usually within the hour during Irish business hours. No commitment; nothing is sent to production yet.

3

Pay Securely

Pay by Revolut, bank transfer or card via the link sent with your quote. Payment triggers production and locks the delivery window.

4

Delivery to Your Drawer + Inbox

Your certified PDF lands in your inbox and in your drawer.tatkowski.com client portal with a signed Statement of Accuracy. Each translation carries a reference that any ISD, court or university officer can check at validate.tatkowski.com.
